The second criteria needed to determine if a company is one you can succeed in is to identify whether it has a Duplicatable System.
It can get tricky here. Many network marketers will say they have a system, which they might. But you soon realize that you just can’t duplicate it. For example, to write down a list of your friends and family for you to call and tell about your opportunity may be the system. Let’s say Joe does that and his best friend and cousin sign up. Good for Joe, and he will love that system initially. But when you do it, your best friend happens to be a very negative person and your aunt could care less about your new business. How did that system work out for you?
Did both you and Joe follow the steps as instructed? YES. Did both of you say the same script? YES. Did both of you speak the same? Probably not. And did both of you get similar results, NO! So, does this appear to be a system where anybody who joins and follows the steps can expect positive results? If you answered no, then you have got my point.
A system that can be duplicated, like at McDonald’s, produces the same results over and over and over again, no matter who flips the burger or who dumps the fries in the fryer. When you order your food, you can almost bet your life that it will taste the same no matter which store you go to or who the manager is.
No system = No new reps who can get new reps!
