Have you ever wondered how some networkers are able to get their teams to do everything they do and others struggle? Well, there is a simple reason for that. The reason why the top earner has his team duplicating effortlessly is because he has learned to use his strength finder.

What is a strength finder you ask? Let me put it to you like this. What you must remember about network marketing is that it sets you free financially as the team builds and duplicates. Some people come in and they go right back out before even getting started. However, some people get going and refuse to quit. They want to learn everything they can about how to succeed in this industry. Before long, this person emerges as a leader right before your eyes. Now, what the amateur team leader does at this point compared to what the expert does is profound.

The amateur team leader decides to let this strong person run on their own while they work with the weaker links. Alternatively, the expert team leader empowers and works with the stronger person. See the difference? As a result, the strong person grows and attracts others with strength for him to work with. Overtime, you are working with and building leaders. You are using your strength finder to identify leaders for you to work with!

The concept here is to work with strength. If you ignore your strength because you think they will carry on the burden to allow you to try to make the others do what they inherently don’t want to do, you are terribly mistaken. That is why you see organizations with a strong leader fail and go right down the tubes. They are working with and spending precious time with the wrong people. Once your strength finder identifies your leader, work with that person. Empower that person. See, if you lose your leader, it’s hard to find another one. But, if you lose a weak link, those come a dime a dozen. You can and will always be able to replace that person.

Begin to work on using your strength finder and watch your network marketing organization explode right along with your income. Your leaders will allow you to be free and that is the goal isn’t it?

One of the most counterproductive things that I see people do the most is plan, plan, plan and dream, dream, dream. Now don’t get me wrong, anyone who desires success should plan and dream. But not excessively to the point where action never takes place.

Why is this concept so important? I’ll put it to you like this, you can dream about having a job and plan on having a job, but if you never go out to get the job, all of your planning and dreaming is in vain. Think about it. How many people do you know or know of that want and hope for their lives to turn around? How many people literally believe that if they just keep doing the same thing that put them in their distressed situation that some other type of result will be attained? It seems weird, but oh so common.

We currently live in a world where the television affects our thinking patterns. It affects our understanding of a simple concept, work! More and more adults, not just children are being so beat up by the hardships of life that they come home and wait for a miracle. We live amongst a people who basically want something for nothing. Most would rather play the lottery and take their chances that to carve out their own sure destiny. I want to propose a different idea if I may.

If you were to close your eyes and imagine what you really want out of life, then open them and focus on what your eyes physically see, the brain cannot determine the difference of what was real. The brain sees what you want it to see. Most times, the eyes try to over- rule what the brain sees. That means, that although your brain could very well determine that the reality is that you are a millionaire, your eyes will tell the brain to shut-up! Isn’t the brain more powerful than the eye? So many people rely on the eye as if it was supreme. What if you were to follow your brain, and begin to take action based on what the brain sees? Where could you be in 3 years?

As life goes along, remember to begin to take action on the desires of your heart. Planning and dreaming is only good up to a certain point. The wealthiest people aren’t always the best planners or biggest dreamers. They are generally the ones who actively go after the dream they had, with no fear of failure. To achieve the goals you have set, become a do-er. Become the person that others look at and say, “mann, she/he just keeps going”. Once you begin to focus and work towards your dreams, others will start to take their place to help you. It’s truly amazing. Give a shot- I dare you!

Over the last few months, I have ONLY been marketing my business using the internet and what I found is mind-blowing. There are thousands of marketing techniques, sites, offers, you name it. But which mlm marketing strategy is a surefire way to get the most prospects calling you?

Any successful internet marketer has favorites, of course, but which one can help you right now? The answer is simple. A mix of them. I know some of you think that there is an easy way out of this because maybe you are stuck thinking network marketing is get rich quick. Network marketing and MLM certainly do allow you to get rich QUICKER with far less risk than a job or other traditional businesses, but work from you is still an ingredient.

I was recently hanging out with some other network marketers in a forum and I came across another members post. His post was a question about whether he was doing the right thing in promoting his articles to generate free traffic to his website. After reading the post, I realized that he was using the perfect system and he probably just didn’t even know it.

So, what I wanted to do was share with you this hidden little system that he was using and now that I am currently using that has been ultra successful. The system includes 5 little steps that you can do with your eyes closed. To generate free traffic to your website for life, all you have to do is:

1. Create and submit your article content to the article directories of your choice. Notice I said directories and not directory. You want to have as many backlinks to your site as possible because backlinks help to generate the free traffic you desire.

2. Take that same content and then post it to your blog. The key here is to make sure you ping your blog. You can ping to individual sites or you can use a free service like pingomatic or pingoat that will send out your ping to several blog directories.

3. Digg your post. Open a free account at Digg.com and each post you make, dig it! Others will find your content and begin to share it with others. Digg is a social networking site.

4. Utilize once again your same article content and make a video for it and upload it to youtube and other video sites. The video will bring your written word to life and attract the prospect who values “seeing” information as opposed to always reading it. Videos are extremely hot right now so this is an awesome way to promote you and your expertise . Many of the MLM gurus are using this technique to generate free traffic to their sites as well.

5. Lastly, email a link to your video or to your article to your list. Get the people already in your funnel involved. Keeping them aware of your latest activity will help them to realize that you are the “right one” to follow for success.

Now this really easy list of tasks can be completed by anyone serious about growing their business, their list and their bank account! If you take this information and put it to use right away, you will be able to generate free traffic to your website endlessly for the rest of your life. So go ahead and get to work!
