Regularity is not the only requirement for training your network marketing affiliates. Depth is also an important factor. Your training must touch all aspects of the network marketing business if you want your affiliates fully prepared for whatever challenge comes their way.

Writing
Grammar and spelling lessons may seem a waste of time to you and your affiliates at first, but rest assured that it’s a lesson worth learning. Quality of writing is often considered proportional to one’s level of professionalism. An introduction to search engine optimization would do for starters. Afterwards, teach them the basics of Web 2.0 marketing like social networking and bookmarking, forum marketing, blogging, and podcasting. Don’t forget to teach them the rudiments of ebook, article, and email marketing as well.

Writing articles doesn’t have to be exclusively used for generating traffic to your website. It can serve a second purpose with a couple of new keywords inserted and a slight change of direction for your content. Once you’ve tweaked your articles enough, they won’t just generate website traffic but MLM leads as well.

Talk about something interesting and related to MLM.
Your articles may have always been written to grab attention, but this time, you want to be more specific. You have to aim for the interest of people who are more likely able and willing to build a network marketing business. Last but not the least, remember to write a positive article about MLM. A number of people have certain misassumptions about network marketing so don’t waste this opportunity to correct them!

Prove your expertise in MLM.

Today, my cousin who is 15 is visiting us for the weekend. When he woke up, he came down to my office and said, “you’re working today?” I replied “yeah, just for an hour or two”. Then he said, “but it’s Saturday!”

What I then explained to him was that dedication to your craft means that you are willing to do what it takes, regardless of the day, the time or the place. When you are committed to helping others, you help when the help is requested, unless it is requested during your designated off-time.

So, I would like to share with you that once you make up in your mind that success is the only result and that failure is not an option, you will do what you have to do until you get where you want to go!

Today I was listening to the wonderful teachings of Jim Rohn. And all of a sudden, I heard him say something that just sent chills up my spine.

He simply said to study, practice and teach what you believe in and love. Wow!

It was so profound to me because it was almost like he was looking right into my life. I am currently doing just that. How could that have happened? You know, saying something that was directly related to me?

Well, I guess my life is lining up even more and my next set of goals are underway.
