People always ask me how do they know if an MLM company is a good one. Well, I simply share with them the 5 things that are crucial in selecting the company for you. The company you are looking at needs to have all 5. But, if it only has 1 or 2 of the criteria, then it is almost a guarantee that you will not be able to succeed in that company. This post is about the first criteria: Company Management Experience with Integrity.

When this criteria is present, the leaders and owners have built downlines successfully in the past and more than not, have a respect for the reps. That is experience. Integrity is the company being true to what it said it would do, with no little funny exclusions all over the contract. Having integrity means the company understands that YOU and YOUR TEAM have helped to build the business and the terms and agreement contract you agreed to follow have your best interest in mind.

Do a Google search on the owners to find out some truthful information on them and their MLM experience. Don’t look for gossip, look for substance. Also, if you are already in a company, go back and review your terms and agreement document. Rule of thumb: if the document is over 3 or so pages, be sure to read it all the way through and find out why. Some companies have documents 125 pages long! Wow! A document 3 pages or so usually doesn’t have a bunch of clauses that allow the company to get rid of you or your checks if it ever decided it didn’t like you anymore!

Criteria #2 will be posted tomorrow!
