Barack Obama Issues and Network Marketing?
So what do the current Barack Obama issues have to do with network marketing? Well let me share some correlations with you.
1. Sen Barack Obama is taking a step out of his box. He is venturing out on new territory and is accomplishing things he nor any other black american has up to this point in American history. A successful networker MUST think and step outside of the box he/she is used to. The same old traditional techniques that don’t work aren’t going to. So he/she must attempt something different.
2. Sen Barack Obama is a pioneer. There was no plan for him to follow, no blueprint. He is in essence creating the path right before our eyes for others who will come after him. A successful network marketer is definitely a pioneer. So many times, there are networkers who plunge forward without any support from their up-line simply because they believe in themselves enough to be led by their own instincts. They create the plan for others!
3. Sen Barack Obama is serious about the task at hand. He is not starting and then stopping over and over. He is not being affected by his friends, the media or anyone else. His goal is to become President and nothing is going to stop him from constant pursuit. A successful network marketer must take their home business serious enough to not give up on it. There may be various reasons why the business was initiated, but there is no thought, ever, of quitting it. No matter how tough it gets.
So, can you now see how these three characteristics are similar to that of a successful network marketer? Who would’ve ever thought that the principles it takes to become the 2008 Presidential candidate would be so closely tied to the principles of succeeding in network marketing!
