Today’s post is very meaningful to me. Not that the others aren’t, but this one is close to the heart.

See I struggled with my business for over a year. I hated cold-calling even though I did it. I hated home parties even though I did them. But I loved helping people. And for that reason I endured it. I wanted all those who joined my business to succeed. But then reality struck.

I noticed they were being so sold on the “money” that they didn’t tap into the fact that work was required first. I begged, I emailed like crazy, I called, etc just to get people to attend the training or learn the presentation.

Then one day I just got sick of it. Totally! I had a team of about 200 and there was only about 2 other leaders who were struggling just as much as I was. I decided to take action…in another direction.

That is what brings me here, right now, writing this post. The desire to help people never left even though I didn’t have all the answers yet.

Now things are different. I actually have something to offer people. I actually have a posture now that attracts leaders…and boy has my team got some! I really have a blueprint to ensure one’s success as long as they are willing to make their own dreams come true. I really have the training, second-t-none that can take the newbie to experienced in due time and help the experienced marketer to excel even further.

I am so thankful for the decision I made back in March. I knew this could work. And it is working! I thank my mentor who believed in me and pushed me to take it up a notch…and now..I must pay it forward.

I don’t know about you, but I take my business and the live I affect very seriously! Plus now…I am truly having fun while making money. Wow, who would’ve thunk it!! Point of the story…Never Give Up On Your Dreams! Whether they manifest or not is completely under your control!

Well, thanks for reading my “soap box”, but it was something that I just could not keep inside any longer.

paced world of online marketing.

You read it right. Personal growth and development are the two major keys you should have to unlock your door to wealth and success. If you want to be wealthy, it all starts and ends with you. You should be the one realizing all the things necessary for your goal - which is to be wealthy. Such things might vary depending on the career path you have chosen but one thing is constant. Everything depends and rests on your shoulder.

The success and the failure that might happen will highly depend on your course of actions. Your course of actions should be directing you down the right path guided by a grown and a developed personality.

In a nutshell, you can achieve anything if you just put your mind into it. You need to focus and have faith in what you are capable of doing. Wealth is achievable and that’s the reality. Just remember, personal growth and development are the keys you should have at hand if ever you want to reach the stars - to wealth and to self-fulfillment.

One of my team mates asked me this question this morning.

“Can I make $7000/mo starting in October…how many people would I really
have to sign-up in order to make that happen”

Well, as I explained to her, this business isn’t so much about how many you
sponsor. Sponsoring is definitely important but not the only factor.

Network marketing is about getting a few people started, showing them how
to make money and be a success and then effectively teaching them
how to do the same.

We call that duplication.

This business is a coaching and teaching business, that’s all! If you know how
to do something well, but haven’t the slightest idea HOW you did it and can’t
go back and track your steps, then this business is going to be pretty tough for you.

So I told her that if she was willing to take massive action, then massive results could
be attained. Likewise, if she is willing to be trained…then take that info and use
it to massively yet effectively train others, then her $7000/mo goal would be
no sweat!

As long as one remains coachable and teachable, network marketing
can save your life!

You know, one thing that keeps most people from succeeding is their inability to pierce the veil of success. That veil can be a very thick one to get through as it is.

What you must keep in mind is that in any business, and ESPECIALLY in network marketing, you must pay your dues first. You have to work and work and fail and fail a time or two first. You have to decide after that, that you will press forward.

There is an elite class of networkers that you all have read about, studied from or purchased from. And they have earned their position in the market…just as you must and WILL!

Get with the right group, and it’s not that hard to find who they are. You are on their email lists and have seen their information time and time again. Likewise, find the people who the elite have already trained…they are the best most energetic people to work with. Why? Because they have RECENTLY pierced the veil and are eager to share their secrets to success with you.

The point here? Don’t give up. And as my mentor says “keep pushin”. Your family and your future are depending on you to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Today, my cousin who is 15 is visiting us for the weekend. When he woke up, he came down to my office and said, “you’re working today?” I replied “yeah, just for an hour or two”. Then he said, “but it’s Saturday!”

What I then explained to him was that dedication to your craft means that you are willing to do what it takes, regardless of the day, the time or the place. When you are committed to helping others, you help when the help is requested, unless it is requested during your designated off-time.

So, I would like to share with you that once you make up in your mind that success is the only result and that failure is not an option, you will do what you have to do until you get where you want to go!

Today I was listening to the wonderful teachings of Jim Rohn. And all of a sudden, I heard him say something that just sent chills up my spine.

He simply said to study, practice and teach what you believe in and love. Wow!

It was so profound to me because it was almost like he was looking right into my life. I am currently doing just that. How could that have happened? You know, saying something that was directly related to me?

Well, I guess my life is lining up even more and my next set of goals are underway.

One of the most counterproductive things that I see people do the most is plan, plan, plan and dream, dream, dream. Now don’t get me wrong, anyone who desires success should plan and dream. But not excessively to the point where action never takes place.

Why is this concept so important? I’ll put it to you like this, you can dream about having a job and plan on having a job, but if you never go out to get the job, all of your planning and dreaming is in vain. Think about it. How many people do you know or know of that want and hope for their lives to turn around? How many people literally believe that if they just keep doing the same thing that put them in their distressed situation that some other type of result will be attained? It seems weird, but oh so common.

We currently live in a world where the television affects our thinking patterns. It affects our understanding of a simple concept, work! More and more adults, not just children are being so beat up by the hardships of life that they come home and wait for a miracle. We live amongst a people who basically want something for nothing. Most would rather play the lottery and take their chances that to carve out their own sure destiny. I want to propose a different idea if I may.

If you were to close your eyes and imagine what you really want out of life, then open them and focus on what your eyes physically see, the brain cannot determine the difference of what was real. The brain sees what you want it to see. Most times, the eyes try to over- rule what the brain sees. That means, that although your brain could very well determine that the reality is that you are a millionaire, your eyes will tell the brain to shut-up! Isn’t the brain more powerful than the eye? So many people rely on the eye as if it was supreme. What if you were to follow your brain, and begin to take action based on what the brain sees? Where could you be in 3 years?

As life goes along, remember to begin to take action on the desires of your heart. Planning and dreaming is only good up to a certain point. The wealthiest people aren’t always the best planners or biggest dreamers. They are generally the ones who actively go after the dream they had, with no fear of failure. To achieve the goals you have set, become a do-er. Become the person that others look at and say, “mann, she/he just keeps going”. Once you begin to focus and work towards your dreams, others will start to take their place to help you. It’s truly amazing. Give a shot- I dare you!
