This is an awesome video, Tracey. The key to success in business is to look for a problem and solve it. Once you’re able to provide a solution to a prospect’s problems, the more likely they will be to buy from you on a regular basis. Don’t try to sell something off the bat. You want to create content that specifically addresses the prospect’s problem and then somewhere in the content, you can refer the prospect to resources that can help them solve the problem. People typically don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

It's true – people need more information on something that a marketer is selling so they would know what the product or service is all about before they will buy it and close the telemarketing sales.
That is really a helpful tip for both the internet marketer and the end-client. This thing also applies when finding SEO leads, best searches for queries, and achieving even critical sales.
