Awesome post, Tracey. I wish I would have come across this when you first posted it. Nevertheless, it’s timeless information that anyone can use now or many years down the road. I love the use of colors to explain different personalities. This makes it quite easy to remember.

Understanding how people tick makes much so easier to build a relationship. Biz opp come and go relationships last for ever build people. Relationships are worth weight in gold it dose not matter what biz opp your in people ask the same question Whats In If For Me.

Tracey, understanding people is the key to prospecting. When I first heard Jerry Clark talk about personality “colors” I was baffled and blew it off – shame on me. I was not getting the results that I wanted in my business because I was approaching everybody as if they were a “blue” like me. Once I recognized this error and really paid attention to and identified what “color” I was dealing with, I began to connect so much better with people. Thank you for so eloquently discussing personality colors. This was a great refresher for me! You go girl!

This is right on time. So many times in the past I had no CLUE who I was talking to and I did not match their energy. Because of this I did not acquire the customer or potential business partner. Sort of like talking to a RED about products and services when they want to know all about the comp plan..etc. Thanks Tracey, as always you ROCK!
