So we have made it here to the mountains of Colorado and it is beautiful! After landing at the airport, we took two Escalades for a 2 hr drive to the famous Schlomer House!

I am writing this via my iPhone so short and sweet is what it will be!

This is the first annual MLSP L4 leadership retreat and I am excited and thrilled to be hanging out at the Chalet with the MLSP creators and many of the leaders! It’s not often that you step into a place in your life where everything aligns. I mean almost instantly!

Well, this year, in my business, it has. And I’m only saying this because it’s the people I’ve surrounded myself around that has made the difference.

OOOwwwwwww!!!!

Today I am so excited! Why?

Well today is Day 1 of the 90-day blitz I am doing with my MLM Lead System Pro Team of leaders!

See, each Tuesday night, I meet with a select few of key leaders who are all the way in. Not one foot in today and maybe I will next week. Uh unh…Not these guys and gals! These peeps are dedicated to massive success and this is why I love working with them.

So what is the 90-day Blitz about?

It is about pushing forward, it’s about focused marketing, it’s about strategy and it’s about consistency. It is ALL about RESULTS!!

So, I wanted to share with you and document the initiation of this 90-day journey because at the end of this…you won’t be able to PAY to get trained from these guys because their schedules will be booked!

I don’t know about you…but most people don’t have all day to see the money flowing into the bank account. And after these 90 days are up, I can’t wait to hear and see all the success stories that will emerge! Excitement is truly contagious my friends…grab some of ours while you can!!

As I hang out with some of the leaders in MLM Lead System Pro, I feel inspired, like really inspired to share this with you.

1. It’s not what you know it’s who you know.

See when you network and get to know people, you can learn what you don’t know from those who LIKE you! Don’t be a peddler, be a sponge!

2. Marketing is not rocket science, it’s hard work.

If you are not seeing the traffic and lead flow you want, stop complaining! Figure out what may be wrong, ask someone to help you identify the glitch and be tireless in problem solving. If you don’t figure it out, it won’t figure itself out…either you’re all the way in or you’re all the way out.

3. You have to take the time to win.

I get chills up my spine when people call me wanting massive success but then immediately say they don’t have any time. Now I know we are all busy, but your success depends on you. What you put in is what u get out. Money can help solve a few time issues, but if you are in network marketing, you have to think about your sales team. Take the time to master skills and focus on teaching your team skills. Skills can be applied to any business, and that leads to long term growth and duplication.

Take the time my friend, take the time.

So there you have it. My thoughts for the day. Use the 3 concepts above, seriously, and focus in on massive success!

OMG!! This is soo NOT hott my friends..

Listen, I am a firm believer in a spamless environment. Meaning that I do my part by only sending emails to people who have either joined my mailing list or joined any of my personal groups on their own.

But what I am noticing more and more is the trend of people on my list sending me back emails for their biz opps and such.

Here’s the thing guys, remember this is a relationship business, at it’s finest. If YOU decide to go to someone’s website and opt in for more info, you are in turn agreeing to receive information from them. And that’s cool! But that action does not mean you now have the liberty to send them back your info, on your business. Connecting with the list owner to ask questions about their services or trainings or products is normal, you’re on their list. But reversing that to benefit you, well that’s not so cool!

The same way you opted in to a site, give others that same choice, just out of respect. Now I know some people are doing reverse marketing and all that stuff, but I want you to really consider this.

You are a professional. You only want to work with people who want to work with you. The person whose site you chose to opt into had to market and do some work for you to first off see it and secondly like it enough to opt in. Is it really fair for you to then take that persons private email address and just misuse it without their permission? Really? Did they use yours without your permission? How would you feel if people came to your site and you were really working your butt off to provide valuable content and then they just turned around and blatantly spammed you?

C’mon guys! Let’s be on top of our game. If you want to start sending people emails, who are NOT on YOUR list, at least be considerate enough to send one email asking their permission to use it first. Oh, and don’t be salty if they say no…it’s their option!! Don’t say you are getting their emails and so you want to send them yours. NO NO NO my friend. You are getting their emails because YOU asked to get them. No one HAS to read your messages simply because you read theirs. Just because you eat McDonald’s, are you at their corporate office talking about since you eat their food, they should eat yours, of course not!

If you do what I mentioned above, not only would you come off as a respectful professional, but one who is considerate enough to ask. You are dealing with people at all times. And people only do business with others they know, LIKE and trust.

So as you market and build your business, do it in a way that attracts the leaders you want to you and not repel them and allow people to like you. Simply get yourself a lead capture page with value added content and ask people to check out your content by marketing..not by reverse spamming!

If you just do the little things like this, the butterfly effect will start to take form and changes for the better will compound in your business right before your eyes!
