But you speak of building a huge mlm organization as being mathematically implausible. I challenge you to look at how many people are drafted into the NBA each year, compared to all the children who spend their whole lives wanting to be in the NBA. Based on your truth, you would inform a child that mathematically, it would be implausible for them to achieve their goal. How do you know that the child you are speaking with isn’t on the side of the equation where it is plausible…as an equation has 2 sides right??

What contradicts “your truth” is that there are people building huge organizations just as there are people making to the NBA. Just because you tried and didn’t achieve the results you saw others get, doesn’t mean, it’s implausible at all, it just means you’ve decided that it’s not worth the effort FOR YOU.

Remember, you are free to change “your truth” anytime you get ready…but either way, your life path WILL definitely follow what you believe!

I know you don't really want to hear this, but MLM is mathematically implausible unless you're willing to concede that it's a numbers game and that you're relying on countless numbers of people beneath you in your organization to flounder and fail because anything even close to a majority success rate of generational duplication is unsustainable in a finite population – the downside to the magic of compounding which is used to excite prospects.

To expand on item number four in this article: doing one's due diligence seems to be suggested here – unfortunately that leads to the conclusion which I've just established. Believe me, I wish I could be found to be wrong! I joined no less than three different MLM opportunities and spent nearly two decades of struggling to reconcile the disparity between what MLM is and what I wanted it to be. The very idea of using the power of networking to achieve massive financial success and personal growth through leadership and to pay it forward through a downline organization is an extremely compelling notion – nevertheless it is a pipe dream.

I finally resorted to social networking sites like Facebook as my outlet to contribute something useful and the dividends are fantastic – not in a monetary sense, mind you – I do not intend to monetize anything I do on social networking sites as that would leave room to question my motives and my integrity. I do what I do for the love of doing it, and that's as it should be. I must find other avenues for my livelihood.

I apologize if my candid comments offend you, but this is my truth.

I would list leading with your opportunity as the #1 mistake, I'm still amazed at how many people message on facebook for the first time pitching their generic company overview and expecting an immediate signup.

As usual you continue to bring great value. The points you make above are right on time and so true. I think sometimes we forget and tend to fall back into the status quo of what the industry teaches the masses. However the money in our industry follow’s the leaders.. Leaders make maximum and efficient use of your time , only spend it with those tha qualify for it and continue to build their value and brand so that they attract other leaders to partner with in business…
