John nails it on the head about confidence. People will follow leaders who know where they are going, people are drawn to that like metal to a magnet.
His basketball team analogy is fantastic. It is not about sponsoring 20 people and have only 1 duplicate. It is better for you to sponsor 5 quality people who will, after they are taught, take the ball and run with it and create other leaders. Focus on their success, help them get where they need to go and it will pay dividends. Then and only then do you create quality and change.

Thanks for sharing Tracey!! Another Great Interview!!! I especially liked when John said “People say that duplication is key to this industry but 90 odd percent fail, so why would you want to duplicate failure.” Very true…. seek out the 'True Leaders' that lead by example and learn from them.
